These standards are used in FT-IR instruments for wavelength calibration. The standards are traceable to NIST SRM-1921b and include a certificate, table of bands, and the corresponding infrared spectrum.

1.5 mil thick polystyrene in 1.97” x 3.63” holder designed to fit in standard FT-IR card holder. Recertification also available for standards from other manufacturers.
