macroPhor™ Flatbed HSI Hyperspectral Fluorescence Imaging system
Inverted hyperspectral imaging system for macro samples
MacroPhor™ Flatbed HSI is a flatbed scanner that features a 40 inch long by 4 inch wide glass surface for easy sample placement. Place your sample directly on the glass and start scanning. Camera optics are focused at the plane of the glass to produce crisp in focus images every time.
Sample specimens can include plants and plant materials, minerals, small animals, food and insects to name a few. Fixed laser wavelength excitation illuminates the sample in a line while scanning the image. Multiple laser wavelength sources are available and include 405nm, 488nm , 532nm and 640nm. Laser sources are mounted in an interchangeable mount that makes it easy to switch between wavelengths.
Flatbed HSI supports up to two cameras for concurrent imaging. Camera combinations can include Fluorescence, VNIR, NIR or SWIR cameras.
