Polystyrene film in a durable housing intended for use as an ATR validation standard. For measurements in regulated industries, ATR accessories need to be validated periodically. The Middleton Spectral Vision ATR Validation Standards serve to test the functioning and reproducibility of ATR accessories and systems, without contaminating the ATR crystal surface. ATR accessories can be tested periodically using the ATR Validation Standard.

Available in in polystyrene and polypropylene and for certification and recertification with ZnSe, Diamond and Ge crystals. We also offer recertification of ATR standards from other manufacturers.
